A tandem‑axle configuration with leaf‑spring suspension provides a stable ride and allows a combined axle rating of 2000 kg. This gives you a generous payload capacity while remaining towable by most utes and SUVs.

A galvanised mesh cage around the deck adds 600 mm of side height for transporting loose items, garden waste or tall loads. The cage panels hinge and can be removed completely, quickly converting the trailer into a flatbed.

All four sides (front, rear and both sides) fold down or remove entirely. This makes loading with a forklift easy and lets you carry extra‑long materials by dropping one or both side rails.

The floor uses thick, marine‑grade phenolic plywood with a non‑slip coating. This resists moisture and provides secure footing when loading or unloading.

Heavy‑duty tie‑rings are welded inside the deck to secure cargo. Additional lashing rails along the top of the sides provide multiple points for straps or ropes.

The trailer is equipped with mechanical override disc brakes on both axles and a park‑brake lever. LED lighting, a 7‑pin plug and a 50 mm coupling with safety chains meet New Zealand road regulations. A large jockey wheel and a hand‑winch on the drawbar assist with manoeuvring and loading.

Optional extras include ladder racks, spare wheel carrier, and a tarpaulin cover for weather protection.
