What payment options are available?
We accept different payment options, such as cash, EFTPOS, Internet transfer, Mastercard/Visa (1,5% surcharge
applies), PayWave/Debit card (0,75% surcharge applies). See more about finance >

Do ACTIV Trailers have a warranty?
ACTIV Trailers come standard with a 12 month warranty, then beyond that we are known to be very supportive
and generous and have gained a name out there, and known that we will look after you.

Does the ACTIV trailer have Rego and WOF?
Yes, of course. However this is an extra $210 we can manage the WOF and Rego (1 year). Hence, your new
ACTIV trailer will be ready to drive with it on the roads of New Zealand. Or you can get the WOF and Rego done
at VTNZ and this will save you approx. $50

Can I custom the trailer?
Yes, of course. You can add it accessories. We have different kind of accessories suitable for each trailer, such as
cage, canvas cover, additional border, and hard lid. See more about custom trailers>

Where can I pick up the trailer?
You can pick up your new trailer in 15 North Road, Invercargill.

At which cities does ACTIV deliver?
We deliver New Zealand wide, such as Invercargill, Dunedin, Queenstown, Christchurch, Nelson, Blenheim, We-
llington, Napier, Hastings, Tauranga, Hamilton, Auckland, and Whangarei but if you need for another location just
phone us anytime.

How often should I maintain the ACTIV trailer?
All non braked trailers are Maintenance free, however maybe a little oil on the coupler will make it smoother to
operate, Braked trailers you are best to ask one of our friendly team as this will vary due to usage.
